LiveZilla is unique in the fact that it is open-source without limiting the features to the degree that many of the open-source live help applications do. It includes a full desktop chat application for your support staff and allows unlimited logins. Your users will be presented with an attractively designed chat window which utilizes AJAX and JavaScript to function. This allows them to chat with your support staff instantly.

Requirements

Requires a server with PHP support, MySQL support and PHP Safe Mode disabled. Many hosting companies will enable safe mode by default but most will disable it upon request if you explain that you require it for a live help application.
